Reinvesting in Community Responsibility
We became involved with Columbia Heights Village over a decade ago. Through the years we have been committed to enhancing the project with our non-profit stakeholder and in partnership with our residents. We first secured a $54 million renovation, which we rounded out through comprehensive resident programming and on-site renewable energy initiatives that re-invest annual savings of more than $225,000 back into the community.
