Our team pioneered a 26-year financing model at Los Castaños de Choloma that allows families to own a basic, high-quality home through an affordable down payment and monthly payments. Inclusive of taxes, insurance, private infrastructure and common amenities, a school serving more than 500 children, and security, the community is truly self-sustaining. Our team's work establishes the necessary foundation for families to seize opportunities that they had never imagined possible, to transform their lives, and to establish a more positive trajectory for generations to come.
