Access Culver City is a 115-unit, luxury podium-style community located in Culver City, California, just a three-minute walk to the Expo Line Light Rail Station. The building is wood framed and consists of apartments over 30,000 square feet of retail and subterranean parking. The mid-rise project’s façade incorporates a predominantly stucco exterior accented with metal siding. Access Culver City boasts architectural steel canopies that provide shade to apartment windows, landscaped private courtyard amenities, and a public arcade. The community will also feature a recreation center, pool, and spas. It is targeting LEED® Silver certification upon completion and is bordered by a bike path providing access to nearby beaches.
