Eads Avenue is a single-family teardown that involved design, entitlement, and permitting to build two brand-new luxury townhomes in a side-by-side duplex. Both three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath units are approximately 2,174 square feet and feature premium finishes such as elm toast hardwood floors throughout, custom built-ins, gas fireplaces, granite countertops, and a 10-foot wide La Cantina bi-fold door system that provides 180-degree oceanfront views.
