Catalyzing DC's Most Eclectic New Neighborhood
What is now a flagship anchor to DC's storied H Street corridor was once a five-acre site of concrete and overgrown grass. We worked hand-in hand with the community to develop, design, and construct the Flats at Atlas, spurring the neighborhood's ongoing evolution as a dining, arts, and entertainment hot spot.
